This integration was built by our partners and the wait time in case of any technical issues might be a bit longer than for a regular support request.

Lingpad for Gorgias is a translation app - Gorgias users are pulled into Lingpad where the default language can be set for them.

Once a ticket is created, it's automatically tagged with the Lingpad_landuage Tag detecting in which language the ticket is written and every new customer message in the ticket will be auto-translated.

Once the ticket is assigned to a user, the response can be sent via internal note (using the exclamation mark (!) in the agent's native language and the message will be automatically sent in the detected language.

Supported channels are Voice, SMS, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Chat, and Email.

The ticket needs to be assigned to an agent before responding so that the Lingpad default agent language is pulled - when the ticket is created, and not yet assigned, the default language will match the language of the first admin user in Lingpad.


1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Translation by Lingpad on the list and click on it.

3. Click on the Connect App button in the top right corner and you’ll be redirected to your Lingpad account.

4. Click on Add new space.
5. Name the space and click Create.

6. Click on Integration -> Support and select Gorgias.

7. Add the Project Title and your Gorgias subdomain.

8. Authorize the app.
