With Truto, teams can securely integrate with Gorgias in minutes through one unified API. Customers can connect their Gorgias account using OAuth and access supported helpdesk data such as tickets, customers, messages, tags, users, teams, macros, and related support activity.

Truto handles authentication, token management, request routing, response normalization, and ongoing integration maintenance, so teams can focus on building workflows instead of managing API complexity. This makes it easier to sync Gorgias data into products or internal systems, build reporting workflows, support migrations, and combine helpdesk data with other business applications.

Steps

  1. From your Gorgias account, head to SettingsApp StoreAll Apps
  2. Find Truto on the list
  3. After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
  4. Once logged into the app, click on Connect Account
  5. Add any value for the Tenant ID. This can be any ID of your choosing. Then click on Get connection link:
  6. A new link will be generated. Click on the link and open a new tab with the list of integrations:
  7. Locate Gorgias, add your subdomain, and authorize the app
  8. Once installed, there will be no HTTP integration created in Gorgias

How it works

In your Truto account, you should see the new Gorgias integration under Integrated Accounts. Click on the Account ID to start calling the API:

As an example, you can add a Gorgias ticket ID and pull those ticket details in Truto:



The integration won’t be visible in Gorgias.
