Steps
- From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Voila on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Once redirected, click on Connect and then log into your Voila account
- Select the API User (your Gorgias account):
- Authorize the app!
- Once successfully connected, an HTTP integration will be created:
When a ticket is created/updated by a customer who has shipment data in the Voila app, a widget will populate with the corresponding data:
