How it works
HubSpot is an inbound marketing and sales platform that helps companies to attract visitors, convert leads and close customers. You can connect Hubspot to display information on your leads in Gorgias.
Setup instructions
In order to connect HubSpot with Gorgias, please follow these instructions:
- Go to Settings → Integrations → HTTP and click on Add HTTP Integration.
- Set the HTTP method to GET.
- Copy this URL into the URL field: https://api.hubapi.com/contacts/v1/contact/email/{{ticket.customer.email}}/profile?hapikey={hubspot_api_key_here}
- Then please replace the
{hubspot_api_key_here}with HubSpot API key found here: https://knowledge.hubspot.com/integrations/how-do-i-get-my-hubspot-api-key - Set the trigger to ticket-message-created.
- Add the integration name and description if needed and click on Save Changes.
- Go to a customer's ticket or profile and click on the wheel in the upper right corner to Edit widgets.
- Then you would need to select what data you want to see in the widget:
