Setup instructions

  1. In Gorgias, go to Settings => Integrations
  2. Find and click on 'HTTP'
  3. Click on 'Add Integration' button located at top right of the page
  4. Fill in the following details
    1. Integration name: 
    2. Description: <Leave blank> 
    3. Triggers: checked both options 
    4. URL: <Copy URL from => Integrations => Gorgias>, make sure that it ends with {{}}
  5. Click on "Add integration" button
  6. Go back to "Tickets" in Gorgias
  7. Click on one of the tickets for a customer that has written a review before note: Important! You will not be able to proceed unless the ticket belongs to a customer that has previously written a review
  8. Click on "Edit widgets" icon located on top right of the page
  9. Simply drag and drop to the right sidebar
  10. Click on "Save changes" button.
  11. Done!

Moving forward when you view a ticket for a customer, the list of reviews written by the customer will be shown on the sidebar widget.

Please note that the address used for Stamped needs to be integrated with Gorgias too.

Reply to Stamped reviews and questions

You can now reply to reviews/questions directly from Gorgias! Here's how:

  1. Redirect notifications emails to Gorgias
  1. Create a macro titled Stamped review/question reply with the following body:
    Possible actions from These are case-sensitive.
    @archive - archive the message (for reviews which are illegitimate and/or require a support response)
    @email - email the reply (sends a copy of your reply to the customer via email)
    @private - post a reply that is only visible in the Stamped dashboard
    @publish - publish a review (will publish a reply if one is included)

    Thank you for your review John! @publish @email
  2. Apply macro, remove example text, type your reply and add @ actions
  3. Send your reply!
