To connect your ShipBob account to Gorgias please reach out to the Gorgias support team via chat or email us at support@gorgias.com!

You will receive a link for activating your Gorgias + ShipBob integration by logging into your SB account.

Limitations

  • Due to API limitations, we are able to pull 1 month of historical data from ShipBob
  • At this time, the integration does not support actions like canceling orders or creating returns for an order
