ShipMonk is an order fulfillment platform for eCommerce businesses ready to scale.

How it works

With ShipMonk + Gorgias integration you'll be able to:

  • Pull order fulfillment data and tracking information to Gorgias
  • Access specific orders in ShipMonk directly from the customer’s sidebar in Gorgias via deep-link

Setup instructions

Log in to both your Gorgias and ShipMonk account

  1. Follow this link to simulate clicking the "install" button in the app store —>
    Don't forget to replace 'yoursubdomain' from the URL above with your actual Gorgias subdomain 🙂
  2. In Gorgias, navigate to Settings > Integrations > HTTP. ShipMonk integration should show automatically on the list
  3. That’s it! Your ShipMonk and Gorgias accounts are now connected! 🎉

Now each time a customer that has ShipMonk data reaches out to you, either via a new or existing ticket, the ShipMonk widget will populate automatically inside the customer's sidebar!
