With Gorgias and 29 Next, you can sync customer interactions from every channel into a unified system.

  • Automatically sync Customer and Order information from 29 Next to Gorgias tickets.
  • Reduce customer support handling time and costs, increase accuracy, and improve customer outcomes.

There are 2 widgets displayed in the customer and ticket sidebar in Gorgias:

  • Customer - displays an overview of the customer, with links directly to their customer profile inside your 29 Next store.
  • Orders - displays order information for the customer's most recent 10 orders, with links to the orders inside your store, address details, and more.
The 29 Next widget data is pulled from your store when customers create new tickets or messages within Gorgias.

You can connect multiple 29 Next stores to a single Gorgias account to help unify customer support across various brands.


1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Search for 29 Next and click on it.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. You’ll be prompted to enter your 29 Next domain:

5. After entering your subdomain, click Authorize App.

6. Once installed, under your 29Next account click on the Gorgias app.

7. And authorize the 29Next app.
