Baback Returns is a white-label returns & exchanges app for Shopify/SFCC. With it, you can create RMAs, labels, refunds, or exchanges in Gorgias. Automate policy. Recover revenue fast.

Steps
- From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Baback Returns the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Authorize the app
- Once installed, there will also be an HTTP integration created:
- Upon completing the installation in Gorgias, also add Baback Returns to your Shopify store.
Once a customer with return data creates a ticket, a widget will be created containing that data:
Note that in order for the widget to be displayed, the customer in question needs to have an active return in the Baback app:
