Integration benefits

Steps

  • From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
  • Find Consio in the list
  • After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
  • Log in to the Consio app
  • In the app, go to Settings->Integrations->Gorgias, and add your subdomain:
  • Authorize the app
  • Once installed, there will be no HTTP integration created!
  • If successfully installed, the app will be shown as ‘connected’:

You will need to add a phone number in the app:

Existing calls can be found in the ‘Inbox’ in the Consio app:

You can also set up the AI agent, who will answer the calls if human agents don’t, after a specific amount of time that you can set:

Once a call is placed, a ticket will be created in Gorgias, for both regular calls as well as AI agent calls. The ticket can be accessed within the call in Consio and opened in Gorgias from there:

An AI agent ticket will also contain the link to the Gorgias ticket, as well as a note stating that the call was answered by an AI agent:

Limitations

  • Tags only exist for AI agent tickets for the time being.
  • All Consio call tickets will be created in Gorgias as closed, by default. This may be updated in the future, but cannot be changed at the moment.
