By integrating Gorgias with Easy Subscriptions, your support team can view, manage, and resolve subscription-related inquiries directly within the Gorgias helpdesk.
Steps
- From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Easy Subscriptions App on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Authorize the app
- You will see a page showing a successful connection, and then you’ll be redirected to Shopify. Once there, go to Settings → App Integration → Gorgias:
- Then, click on next, and once on the last page, you should see a connected and active integration:
- Once the setup is complete, an HTTP integration will be created in Gorgias:
When a customer with Easy Subscriptions information reaches out, the widget will show in the sidebar containing the relevant data:
Limitations
- This app is currently available for Shopify and BigCommerce users only.
- You can build multiple workflows for the same Gorgias account.
