Flip automates simple calls so your agents can focus on complex issues - reducing your churn rate, and rapidly resolving your customers' queries all at once.

  • Opens and closes phone tickets automatically for each call, and creates tickets with voicemail transcriptions so you always have the context you need.

Once a call is placed through Flip, a ticket will be created with the summary of the call and the corresponding Tags - the voice AI answering the call will ask you questions to determine what you need so it can transfer you to the right department, and the ticket will be tagged with Tags related to the wording you use.

If you need assistance with your account, those Tags will automatically be added to the ticket, along with the Flip Tag which will always be added:


1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Flip CX on the list.

3. After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button.

4. Connect and Authorize the app.

The app won’t be visible on the HTTP Integration page.
