Frate's fully automated returns management software/app is optimized to reduce costs, emissions, and operational complexity with returns. Our app features one-click exchanges, automated refunds, peer-to-peer returns, and image verification.

Steps

• From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
• Find Frate Returns & Recommerce on the list
• After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
• Authorize the app
• Add Frate Returns & Recommerce to your Shopify store
• Connect Gorgias in Frate Returns & Recommerce as well:
• There will be no HTTP integration!
• To remove the integration click the Disconnect button, type ‘disconnect’, then submit:

How it works

• Go to https://nicestoress.fratereturns.com/

• Enter the order number and zip code

• Go through the process of submitting the return (the order needs to be fulfilled):

• Once submitted you can track the status of the return and view the details in the Frate app:

• If there’s a ticket with the same email as in the return the data should show in the widget:

Limitations

Starting a return directly from the website’s chat will come in future releases. For now, if a customer reaches out to the merchant, their team will create a return in the Frate portal on the customer’s behalf.
