Happy Returns enables box-free returns through a combination of returns software and reverse logistics, pioneering in-person, aggregated returns that can help reduce shipping costs and the impact on the planet.
The integration between Gorgias and Happy Returns will sync all returns coming from Happy Returns and display them within the customer's sidebar.
- The Happy Returns Return data will be synced to a Gorgias customer with the matching email.
- If a customer isn't found with a matching email, a new customer will be created in Gorgias.
- The 10 most recent orders will be kept on the Gorgias customer and older orders will be removed.
- Updated to the return order will be processed and overwrite existing data to keep returns up to date and avoid duplicate returns.
- Use Happy Returns data (variables) inside Macros and Rules

To integrate Happy Returns with your Gorgias account you will need your Retailer ID - it'll be the ID in the subdomain of your Return & Exchange Portal URL.
For example, if your URL is https://modern-retailer.happyreturns.com/, then your Retailer ID is modern-retailer.
