Your customer support team can solve subscription queries including the next order date, subscription status, subscribed products, and total completed orders without needing to switch between tools. For taking more action, you can directly navigate to the Loop Subscriptions portal without needing to search for subscription or customer details.

• Add Loop Subscription widget inside your Gorgias tickets.

Steps

1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Loop Subscriptions on the list and click it.

3. Click on Connect App - you’ll be redirected to the Loop Subscription app under Gorgias settings.

4. Click on Set up Instructions, then click on the Connect button.

5.  Authorize the app.

An integration named Loop Subscriptions was created under Settings -> App Store -> HTTP Integration -> Manage and, each time a subscriber reaches out to you, the widget will automatically populate inside the ticket sidebar with all the relevant subscription data points from Loop.
