Setup steps

1. From your Gorgias account head to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Loris on the list.

3. After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button.

4. Authorize the app. 

5. To integrate the app, you will need to email the Loris Implementation Team at [email protected] which will then integrate the app from their end.

How it works

Once connected the app will begin syncing historical conversations from your Gorgias account into the Loris CQA platform to start analyzing and scoring 100% of your CX conversations.

In addition, you have a dedicated Loris Customer Success Manager to ensure you get the most out of your QA program.
