The Marketplaces app by Juble.io is a powerful integration solution that brings the functionality of multiple marketplaces right into your Gorgias Support environment. With seamless integration, you can streamline your customer support operations and provide exceptional service to your customers.

With the Gorgias + Marketplaces by Juble.io integration you will achieve:

Once a customer who has data on one of the marketplaces that you have on Juble.io messages you, their Ticket will appear in Gorgias as an API channel Ticket, and the Ticket Widget will show you their data from Juble.io as shown in this screenshot example:


Steps

1. If you haven’t already, before we begin, please make sure that your sales channels are connected with Juble.io (like your Walmart, Amazon, etc).

2. Navigate to Settings → All Apps → Marketplaces by Juble.io and click on the ‘Connect App’ button on the right.

3. You’ll be taken to your Juble.io dashboard where you’ll want to click ‘Connect’ to connect your Gorgias helpdesk:

4. Find Gorgias on the list and click ‘Setup Now’:

5. Add your Gorgias subdomain on the next page, without the ‘.gorgias.com’ part:

6. Authorize the app once prompted:

7. You’re all set! You can now match your Gorgias Ticket Fields, order statuses, etc, to your Juble.io data:

8. You will find your Marketplaces by Juble.io integration in Gorgias on the path Settings → My Apps → Marketplaces by Juble.io:

9. You will also have two Juble.io HTTP integrations set up on the path Settings → HTTP Integration:


FAQ

My Ticket Widget for Juble.io is missing, why is that?

If the Ticket has ‘Without Extra Data’ in the subject line, you won’t see the Juble.io Ticket Widget in the sidebar. This is intended, it means that the customer in question has no relevant data yet.
