The Juble platform imports tickets and customer data to Gorgias from Mirakl, enabling support agents to view and manage customer inquiries and requests within Gorgias.

Steps

1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Mirakl on the list and click it.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. Log into the Juble.io platform and locate Gorgias.

5. Add your subdomain and authorize the app so two Juble IO HTTP integrations will be created:
