Steps
- Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps
- Search for Next Commerce and click on it
- Click on the Connect App button
- You’ll be prompted to enter your Next Commerce domain:
- Authorize the app
- Once installed, Gorgias will appear under the Installed Apps page:
- In Gorgias, an HTTP integration will be created:
The Next Commerce widget data is pulled from your store when customers create new tickets or messages within Gorgias:
