1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps

2. Find Omnisend and click it.

3. Click on Connect App.

4. You'll be taken to the Omnisend platform to connect your Gorgias account:

Is it possible to send SMS replies from non-US customers to Gorgias?

No, this feature is directly related to the keyword replies used by US shoppers and can be supported within the US only.

The client received only one reply. Why?

You can only reply once to customers through Omnisend. You should close the ticket after the first reply then, if the client responds, a new conversation will be created for further communication.
