This integration was built by our partners and the wait time in case of any technical issues might be a bit longer than for a regular support request.

Ottspott is a phone system for small businesses - it allows you to receive and place phone calls. You can connect it to Gorgias to sync phone calls as tickets and see them in the customer timeline.

When a customer calls your company in Ottspott, it creates a ticket in Gorgias and automatically matches it with the corresponding Shopify customer. This way, your staff sees all previous interactions they had with each customer under their timeline, and can edit orders while they're on the phone with them.

It's not possible to merge two Ottspott tickets from the same customer together, however, you can still see said tickets in the customer's ticket history.

Support for this integration is only available for merchants on the Advanced or Enterprise plan.


If you want to create tickets on your Gorgias account for every call answered or launched from your Ottspott account:

1. Create an Ottspott account.

2. Go to the Integrations section.

3. Click on the Expand button to see how to set this integration.

4. Go to your Gorgias account and navigate to Settings -> You -> REST API.

5. Copy the 3 settings: Base API URL, Username, and Password (API Key), then paste them to the Ottspott back office.

6. Click on the Connect button in the Ottspott back office.

7. Now you can check each call action and each Ottspott number you would like to create a ticket inside Gorgias and click on the Save button.
