Steps

  • From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
  • Find Pango on the list
  • After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
  • Authorize the app
  • Once this is done, an HTTP integration will be created:

Once a ticket is created/updated for a customer who has return data, the widget will populate in the sidebar:

If the customer has no return data, a widget will still appear, but it will show a '0' value:
