Steps
- From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Pango on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Authorize the app
- Once this is done an HTTP integration will be created:

In order for returns to be created, you first need to embed the form onto your website.
The returns are filed through the return portal and the Pango app shows a banner in the dashboard with instructions on how to set this up:
So for a store named nicestoress, the URL would be: https://nicestoress.myshopify.com/a/pango/return-form. Once added, the form will appear:
Once a ticket is created/updated for a customer who has return data, the widget will populate in the sidebar:
If the customer has no return data, a widget will still appear but it will show a '0' value:
