Steps
Before we start please make sure that your Shopify store is connected with Percepto.CX. You will find the steps here on how to integrate it.
1. Make sure that you’re logged into Gorgias and Percepto with Admin permissions.
2. In Gorgias, navigate to Settings → App Store → All Apps and find Percepto.CX on the list. Once it pops up, please click on the tile.
3. Click the blue ‘Connect App’ button on the right-hand side.
4. An OAuth2 window will open in a new tab asking you to authorize the app. Please click the blue ‘Authorize App’ button in the bottom-right corner.
5. You’ll be taken to your Percepto dashboard where your Gorgias integration will be listed as shown below.
6. In Gorgias, you’ll find Percepto integrated on the path Settings → App Store → My Apps → Percepto.CX and on the path Settings → App Store → HTTP Integration → Percepto.CX.
In your Percepto dashboard, you will find statistics about your Products with highest negative sentiment ratio, Topics with highest negative sentiment mentions, and a Feedback volume tracker across different channels. All will be based on your Gorgias and Shopify data, with a clear and easy overview that your CX Team can act on.
Limitations
- Percepto supports Shopify and Shopify Plus stores only for the time being.
