This integration was built by our partners and the wait time in case of any technical issues might be a bit longer than for a regular support request.

PostCo helps you optimize your returns process and keeps your costs low to retain your revenue and customers. 

The platform enables customers to easily exchange products and incentivizes them to stay and shop with store credit or integrates upsell opportunities into your returns flow and allows customers to shop for higher-value products.


1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find PostCo on the list and click it.

3. Click the Connect App button.

4. Authorize the app.

5. An integration will be created under Settings -> App Store -> HTTP Integration -> Manage.

6. A widget displaying the returns information based on the ticket's customer's email will automatically be created once the app is integrated.

7. You'll also need to connect your Gorgias account to PostCo through the PostCo platform.

Test the integration

1. After placing an order, you can request a return via the PostCo app by clicking on the return URL under the Customize tab.

2. Enter the order ID and associated email address, then choose the desired product.
3. You can monitor and action all return requests under the
Manage Returns tab.

4. The widget will be visible in the sidebar once you create or update a ticket related to that customer.

Disconnecting the app in PostCo will remove the widget and the integration from the HTTP Integration page.
