Prestashop is an e-commerce platform built on open-source technology that provides online merchants with a flexible shopping cart system, and control over the look, content, and functionality of their online store.

Securely connect with Prestashop to have your customers’ order history available to your agents, and Cancel, Refund, and Restock your order from Gorgias.

The Gorgias plugin for Prestashop is currently compatible with Prestashop 1.7.X , 8.0 and 8.1. Prestashop versions: Open Source (CE) and Commerce using on prem (EE).

Only one Gorgias account can be connected to one Prestashop account.


Steps

1. Go to Settings -> App Store -> All Apps.

2. Find Prestashop by BlueAnt on the list and click on it.

3. Click on the Connect App button.

4. Authorize the app.

An HTTP Integration will be visible under Settings -> App Store -> HTTP Integration -> Manage and, when a ticket is created/updated, the widget will show customer Prestashop data, and also three buttons that allow you to update orders directly from your helpdesk:
