1. Open your Prestashop Dashboard and look for Gorgias in the Marketplace:

What happens if I delete the Gorgias module from my Prestashop store?
Nothing will happen because the module is associated with your account and your store, so when you reinstall it, it should work normally. You'll just have to provide all of the information again and click on the 'Connect' button.
Can I migrate my module to another Prestashop store of mine?
The module is associated with a domain, so you will need to install the module again in that store for the integration with your Gorgias account to be correctly established.
What do I need to do to be able to use the Refund functionality in the widget?

How do I update my Prestashop Module to the latest version?
This is a straightforward and essential step to be carried out from the control panel of the Prestashop module.
Please follow these steps:
- Update Prestashop Module Version: Check in the module list if there is a newer version available. If so, you will see that the configuration button has changed to an update button. In case you don't see the button, please download the latest version and install it again.
- Access the Latest Version: Once you have the latest version, go to the control panel.
- Review and Configure New Features: Check for new functionalities and set them up as needed. For example, in version 1.0.4, Prestashop added fields to define the order status in your store for canceled or returned orders.
- Reconnect the App: Finally, click the 'Connect' button again. This will update your app in the Gorgias settings.
How do I troubleshoot my Prestashop integration?
If you are encountering problems with syncing your Prestashop data with your Gorgias Widget, these steps should help you resolve this issue:
- In Gorgias, go to Settings -> My Apps and select Prestashop by BlueAnt.
- Click on the 'Disconnect app' button.
- Once disconnected, please delete the HTTP integration as well on the path Settings -> HTTP Integration -> Prestashop by BlueAnt.
- Look for the button at the bottom-right called 'Delete HTTP integration' and click it.
- Uninstall the integration in Prestashop as well on the path Modules -> Marketplace -> Gorgias.
- Repeat the integration steps to install back again.
