You can achieve all of the above using a user-friendly Ticket Widget with the following capabilities:

  • Direct link to Prestashop Order Dashboard.
  • Total amount spent by the customer on orders.
  • Number of orders placed by the customer.
  • Shipping tracking code (official Prestashop data).
  • Refund orders.
  • Cancel orders.

Apart from the widget you will also get Prestashop Macros, automatically created in your account for easy ticket management and lower handling time, with new Variables and Actions.

If this is not the first time you are installing this module in your store and you are reinstalling it, you need to be aware that if you have changed the texts of the MACROS in your Gorgias account, you should make a backup as this new installation will delete the previous macros and install them again, removing any customization you have made.


Steps

1. Open your Prestashop Dashboard and look for Gorgias in the Marketplace:

3. Once the installation is complete, please configure the module by adding your Gorgias subdomain and matching the order statuses as shown below. Click ‘Connect’ once done:

5. Once done, you’ll be taken to your Gorgias dashboard. You’ll find your Prestashop integration on the path Settings → My Apps → Prestashop by BlueAnt:


6. And an HTTP Integration will be visible at Settings → HTTP Integration → Prestashop by BlueAnt:


7. Finally, on the path Settings → Macros you will find a list of automatically generated Prestashop Macros with custom Variables and Actions:


When a ticket is created/updated, the Ticket Widget will show your customer’s Prestashop data:

FAQs

What happens if I delete the Gorgias module from my Prestashop store?

Nothing will happen because the module is associated with your account and your store, so when you reinstall it, it should work normally. You'll just have to provide all of the information again and click on the 'Connect' button.


Can I migrate my module to another Prestashop store of mine?

The module is associated with a domain, so you will need to install the module again in that store for the integration with your Gorgias account to be correctly established.

What do I need to do to be able to use the Refund functionality in the widget? 

You have to enable the merchandise returns in Prestashop:



How do I update my Prestashop Module to the latest version?

This is a straightforward and essential step to be carried out from the control panel of the Prestashop module.

Please follow these steps:

  1. Update Prestashop Module Version: Check in the module list if there is a newer version available. If so, you will see that the configuration button has changed to an update button. In case you don't see the button, please download the latest version and install it again.
  2. Access the Latest Version: Once you have the latest version, go to the control panel.
  3. Review and Configure New Features: Check for new functionalities and set them up as needed. For example, in version 1.0.4, Prestashop added fields to define the order status in your store for canceled or returned orders.
  4. Reconnect the App: Finally, click the 'Connect' button again. This will update your app in the Gorgias settings.


How do I troubleshoot my Prestashop integration?

If you are encountering problems with syncing your Prestashop data with your Gorgias Widget, these steps should help you resolve this issue:

  1. In Gorgias, go to Settings -> My Apps and select Prestashop by BlueAnt.
  2. Click on the 'Disconnect app' button.
  3. Once disconnected, please delete the HTTP integration as well on the path Settings -> HTTP Integration -> Prestashop by BlueAnt.
  4. Look for the button at the bottom-right called 'Delete HTTP integration' and click it.
  5. Uninstall the integration in Prestashop as well on the path Modules -> Marketplace -> Gorgias.
  6. Repeat the integration steps to install back again.
