The Refundid & Gorgias integration allows you to pull all customer return information directly into your Gorgias client. No more navigating to your Refundid dashboard —everything you need is instantly available (although not as instantly as our refunds 😉).
Keep your customer service team updated on every return so they can respond quickly to shoppers and provide all necessary information when needed.
Easily share return labels, link customers to start their return, track items returned, and much more without leaving your Gorgias client.
Easily pull return labels, view internal return notes, and jump directly to the return in the Refundid portal all from the Gorgias client.
Steps
- From your Gorgias account head to Settings → App Store → All Apps.
- Find Refundid on the list.
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button.
- Authorize the app.
- Once the setup is complete, an HTTP integration will be created in Gorgias:
As soon as a ticket is created or updated, a widget with Refundid data will populate:
By clicking on the URL in the widget, you’ll be taken to the customer portal in Refundid where you can perform a refund action (this action is not possible within Gorgias).
There are two URLs:
- A "Customer return URL" is a handy URL to provide to the customer for them to initiate a return.
- A "Portal URL" (one per return) will link to our portal where they can perform the action.
