Steps
- From your Gorgias account, head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
- Find Reveni on the list
- After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
- Log in to Reveni
- Go to Settings -> Integrations -> Gorgias:

- Add your Gorgias subdomain and authorize the app:

- Once installed, an HTTP integration will be created:

When a customer with Reveni data reaches out, a widget will be displayed in the sidebar, and you can access the customer’s profile in Reveni via the widget link:
Note that the widget only retrieves RMAs created in the last 75 days, and the customer needs to be present in the Reveni app, with a matching Gorgias email address.
