With SavedBy, customers will have the option to protect their packages in case they are lost, stolen, or damaged. When any issue arises, customers can file a claim; once processed, they will have the option to reorder or receive a refund. In both cases, the money comes from SavedBy's wallet—not yours.

Shipping companies like USPS, UPS, and FedEx sometimes make mistakes, but we’ll handle the headache of dealing with upset customers—you retain the revenue!

Steps

  • First, add the app to your Shopify store, then go to your Gorgias account and head to Settings → App Store → All Apps
  • Find SavedBy Package Protection on the list
  • After selecting the app, click on the Connect App button
  • Log into the app and authorize it
  • Once completed, there will be an HTTP integration created:

When a valid Shopify customer reaches out, a widget will populate with the available data:
