A Trusted Partner has proven to be a great fit for our Partner Program, by executing on agreed-upon deliverables, and adding value to our shared merchants.

Requirements

• Schedule an onboarding call with a Partner Manager
• Complete the Gorgias Partner Training
• Sign the Partnership Agreement
• Source 1 closed-won referral to Gorgias

Gorgias Preferred Partner

• Source >$40k ARR to Gorgias/12-month period

Partner Tier Threshold

Technology partners are tiered on one key metric: the annual contract value (ACV) of won-referrals made to Gorgias. We measure the ACV your company has delivered on a 12-month basis and update the tiers at the start of each quarter.
