Before you get started

You will need

  • To be logged into Zoho Mail
  • Admin or Lead agent user permission in Gorgias

Instructions

  1. In Gorgias open the main menu
  2. Click Settings > Integrations > Email
  3. Click Connect other email address
  4. Enter your Address name and Email address
  5. Click Connect this email account
  6. Copy your default Gorgias email
  7. Click here to open your Zoho Settings page
    This will open a new tab
  8. Paste your Gorgias default address into the Add new email field, then press Enter
  9. Click Verify
    Navigate back to Gorgias tab
  10. Open the main menu > Tickets
  11. Open the new Zoho Mail ticket
  12. Copy the confirmation code
    Navigate back to the Zoho Mail Settings tab
  13. Enter the verification code, then press Confirm
    Navigate back to Gorgias tab
  14. Open the main menu > Settings > Integrations > Email
  15. Click to open the email integration you're working on
  16. Click Re-send verification email
    Once verification is complete you will see the email integration settings page. Please note can take up to 30 seconds
  17. Setup your email signature (optional)
  18. Click Save changes
    Your email is now connected!

5. Click Add email address

6. Click Connect other email provider

7. Enter your Address name

8. Enter the email address you are connecting

9. Click Connect this email account

10. Click Copy

11. Open your Zoho Mail settings page

12. Paste your Gorgias default address in the Add New Email Forwarding field

13. Press Enter

14. Click Verify

15. Navigate to Gorgias and open the main menu

16. Click Tickets

17. Click the new Zoho mail ticket

18. Copy the confirmation code

19. Navigate to Zoho mail settings and paste this into the confirmation code field

20. Click Confirm

21. Navigate to Gorgias and open the main menu

22. Click Settings

23. Click Integrations

24. Click highlight

25. Click the email integration you are connecting

26. Click Re-send verification email and wait 30 seconds for the verification process to complete

27. Once verification is complete you will see the email integration settings page.

28. Setup your email signature

29. Click Save changes

30. Hooray! 🙌🏻 You have now setup your email integration with Zoho Mail
