Install Campaign bundleUpdated 8 days ago
Installing Campaign bundle is mandatory so your Chat Campaigns can remain active and visible to your customers. This Campaign bundle was previously contained in the Chat installation package, but we decided to separate it to increase security.
Steps
1. Navigate to Convert → your Chat integration -> Installation.
2. Once you're on the Installation page, choose the appropriate connection method:
- If your website is powered by Shopify, choose 1-click install.
- If you're using a Shopify headless store, or some other e-commerce platform (Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, etc) choose Manual install.
3. Click Install.
If you selected 1-click install in the previous step, the process is complete. However, if you selected Manual install, continue to the next step.
4. For Manual install a script will appear on the next page - this needs to be added to your store's code editor, right above the line that has the </body> tag.
Once the Campaign bundle is installed to your store, you will be able to create and manage campaigns.
