This feature is only available to Automate subscribers.

This Rule will take care of all tickets created by non-support-related emails, closing and tagging them so that they're sorted into appropriate Views.

You can further modify the Rule by adjusting the Email exclusion list and the Always apply list to determine which email addresses this Rule should handle and which it shouldn't.

This Rule is triggered when a new ticket is created, the channel is Email, and the ticket's intent is other/no_reply.
