Contact methods in the Help CenterUpdated 10 months ago
You can add contact cards for Email/Contact Form, Chat, and Phone support and enable the Chat widget on your Help Center page. The description next to these is customizable.
Steps
Enable the Chat widget
1. Navigate to Settings -> Channels -> Help Center -> your Help Center -> Contact.
2. Toggle the Enable chat widget option on and choose the Chat integration from the list.
3. Click Save Changes.
Enable the Chat contact card
1. Navigate to Settings -> Channels -> Help Center -> your Help Center -> Contact.
2. Toggle the Chat contact card option on.
3. Click Save Changes.
Enable the Email/Contact Form card
1. Navigate to Settings -> Channels -> Help Center -> your Help Center -> Contact.
2. Toggle the Contact form card option on and choose the Email integration from the list.
3. Click + Add Subject Line and configure the Subjects your customers can write in about (you can also tick the Allow custom input using "Other")
4. Click Save Changes.
Enable the Phone contact card
1. Navigate to Settings -> Channels -> Help Center -> your Help Center -> Contact.
2. Toggle the Phone contact card option on.
3. Click on + Add Number and add a Phone integration (or several).
4. Click Save Changes.
