Create a MacroUpdated a month ago

Macros can be created from within a ticket or from Settings -> Productivity -> Macros.



Steps

From a ticket

1. Go to any ticket.

2. In the reply area, click on the field next to the lightning bolt where it says Search macros by name, tags or body...

3. Click on the cog to the right and choose Manage macros - this opens the Manage Macros page.

4. Click on Create Macro in the bottom left.

5. Choose a Macro name and type the pre-made response in the Response text section.

6. You can also add a Tag or an Action - like editing a Shopify order and adding an order-edited Tag - in the Add tags to ticket section and under the reply field.

7. Click Save New Macro in the bottom right.


From Settings

1. Go to Settings -> Productivity -> Macros.

2. Click Create macro in the top right corner.

3. Choose a Macro name and type the pre-made response in the Response text section.

4. You can also add a Tag or an Action - like editing a Shopify order and adding an order-edited Tag - in the Add tags to ticket section and under the reply field.

5. Click Save New Macro in the bottom right.
