You can create or delete any section in the View sidebar to the left, as long as you have the Lead Agent or Admin role on the account.
Create a section
1. In the left sidebar, click on the + next to either the Shared or Private Views and select Create section.
2. In the pop-up window, set a name for your section and choose an emoji (optional), then click Create.
To add Views to your section, simply drag and drop an existing View into the section.
Default Views such as Spam or Trash can't be added to sections.
Delete a section
1. Hover over the section you'd like to delete and click on the ... button to the right.
2. Click on Delete - when you delete a section that contains Views, all of them will be moved back under the containing section (Shared or Private).
