Website visitors can use Customer Chat to talk with you on Messenger without leaving the store - if the visitor leaves, the conversation continues on Messenger. Customers don't have to leave their email address to start a conversation, and you don't need to wonder whether your responses will be seen by customers who left your website.

To start a conversation, customers click on the Chat bubble, log in, and start chatting with you (the experience is optimized for mobile too).

You can also set up an auto-response for your customers to be sent outside of your business hours.
