Navigate to your profile settings by clicking on your name in the bottom left and choosing Your profile or by going to Settings -> You -> Your profile, and you'll find the following options under Macro display:

AI Macro prediction, when toggled on, will automatically pre-select Macros based on the content of the ticket you're replying to (based on AI learning). 

AI Macro suggestions, when toggled on, will display suggested Macros in tickets (based on AI learning).

Display macro search view by default, when toggled on, will have the Macro search open in the reply box automatically instead of the reply field itself.
