You can use a Test mode to check that your automations are working as intended without being billed for automated interactions. Test mode can be used to verify automations likes Flows, Order Management and Article Recommendations.

Requirements

• To use automation features, you must have an active AI Agent subscription
• You must have Lead or Admin permissions

Test your automated workflows

1. Open the dropdown menu in the top-left corner, then select routeWorkflows.

2. In the menu, locate Tools, then select an automation feature (Flows, Order management, or Article recommendations).

3. Select the Channels tab

4. Open the Currently viewing dropdown menu to select a Channel (Chat, Email, Contact Form)

5. Select Test to review your automated workflow on the chosen channel

   • If you have more than one ecommerce store connected to Gorgias, use the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner to switch between stores

6. Select Exit to end the test experience
