AI Agent Action: get fulfillment data from ShipBobUpdated a month ago

ShipBob is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider that allows you to manage fulfillment, inventory and shipping for your online store.

When you set up an Action for ShipBob in Gorgias, AI Agent can fully resolve requests from your shoppers who want to know about the status of their order (WISMO-type questions).

You may choose to use AI Agent with ShipBob if you want to provide customers with more accurate, close-to-the-source fulfillment information than is available in Shopify.

What you’ll need to set up this Action

• Admin or Lead permissions in Gorgias to set up this Action
• A Personal Access Token (PAT) from ShipBob

Connecting AI Agent to ShipBob (find your API Key)

You will need a Personal Access Token (API Key) from ShipBob in order to set up Actions that give AI Agent access to your fulfillment data.

Once you’ve obtained your API key, return to Gorgias to set up the ShipBob Action.

1. Go to Automate > AI Agent, then select the Actions tab
2. Select the Action for Get fulfillment data from ShipBob
3. Select Use Action
4. Enter the API Key you obtained from ShipBob
