AI Agent Action: get fulfillment data from ShipmonkUpdated a month ago

ShipMonk is a third-party logistics (3PL) provider that allows you to manage fulfillment, inventory and shipping for your online store.

When you set up an Action for ShipMonk in Gorgias, AI Agent can fully resolve requests from your shoppers who want to know about the status of their package — for example “where is my order?” (WISMO-type questions).

You may choose to use AI Agent with ShipMonk to answer WISMO-type questions in the case that it has more up-to-date fulfillment information than is available in Shopify.

What you’ll need to set up this Action

  • Admin or Lead permissions in Gorgias to set up this Action
  • Your API Key from ShipMonk

Connecting AI Agent to ShipMonk (find your API Key)

You will need an API key from ShipMonk in order to set up Actions that give AI Agent access to your fulfillment data.

To get your ShipMonk API key, send an email to [email protected] or contact your dedicated ShipMonk account manager.

Once you’ve obtained your API key, return to Gorgias to set up the ShipMonk Action.

  1. Go to Automate > AI Agent, then select the Actions tab
  2. Select the Action for Get fulfillment data from ShipMonk
  3. Select Use Action
  4. Enter the API Key you obtained from ShipMonk
