Manage your Gorgias plan, usage, and paymentsUpdated a day ago

As your support team grows, you may need to adjust your plan, add new channels, or update how you're billed. You can review your existing Gorgias plan, add new products like AI Agent, Voice, and SMS to your subscription, manage your billing details, and review previous payments from the Billing and usage page. Requirements

  • Available on all Helpdesk plans
  • Only the account owner and admins can view or update billing details

Manage plan and usage

The account owner and admins can change or cancel the Gorgias plan and add-ons like AI Agent, Voice, and SMS.

Change your plan or add-ons

  1. From your helpdesk, click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
  2. In the menu, locate Account, then select Billing and usage.
  3. From the Usage & Plans tab, review your active plans and usage.
  4. To select a new plan and adjust the included usage, click Manage next to the product you’d like to change.
  5. Use the dropdown menus to adjust the usage for products you’re already subscribed to, or click +Add product to include a new product in your plan.
  6. Click Update subscription.

Cancel your plan or add-ons

Your plan renews automatically each billing period until you decide to cancel. When you cancel, you can continue to use the active subscriptions in your plan until the renewal date, at which point the cancellation will take effect. If you decide to cancel, you’ll see a banner on the billing page describing the upcoming cancellation.

  1. From your helpdesk, click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
  2. In the menu, locate Account, then select Billing and usage.
  3. From the Usage & Plans tab, review your active plans and usage.
  4. Click Manage next to the Helpdesk product.
  5. Click Cancel auto-renewal.
  6. Click Update subscription.

Manage your payment information

The account owner and admins can change the payment method, update the billing frequency between monthly and yearly, and manage the billing address.

Update your payment method

  1. From your helpdesk, click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
  2. In the menu, locate Account, then select Billing and usage.
  3. Select the Payment Information tab, then click Change payment method.
  4. Select a supported payment method and enter your details, then click Add payment method.

Change your billing frequency

  1. From your helpdesk, click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
  2. In the menu, locate Account, then select Billing and usage.
  3. Select the Payment Information tab, then click Change Frequency.
  4. Select either Monthly or Yearly, then click Update subscription.

Manage your billing information

  1. From your helpdesk, click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
  2. In the menu, locate Account, then select Billing and usage.
  3. Select the Payment Information tab, then click Update Information.
  4. Enter your details, then click Save billing information.

Review your payment history

Gorgias will send an invoice to the email address listed in your billing information at the start of each billing period. The account owner and admins can review previous invoices, including the date, amount, description, and payment status.

  1. From your helpdesk, click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
  2. In the menu, locate Account, then select Billing and usage.
  3. Select the Payment History tab, and review your previous payments.
  4. To download an invoice, click Download PDF.
