If you're experiencing issues with logging in to Gorgias, as a first troubleshooting step please try to clear your Cache & Cookies.

If you've used Google or Microsoft 365 SSO to sign in to Gorgias, you won't have an option to change your password as you don't actually have one - you'll first need to go through the Forgot password? process below.


Steps

Log in to Gorgias on Desktop

1. Reset your password using the Forgot password? option at your Gorgias account's password reset page - YOURSUBDOMAIN.gorgias.com/reset

2. Clear your cache and cookies (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).

3. Sign in again on the desktop browser using the new password.  

Don't forget to check your Spam/Junk folder for the password reset email as well, if you’re not seeing it in your main inbox.

Log in to Gorgias on Mobile

You have to log into the mobile app using your account subdomain, user email address and password combination - there's no option to log into the mobile app with SSO.


General login issues on mobile

1. Log into your Gorgias helpdesk on the desktop browser.

2. Go to Settings -> You -> Password & 2FA

3. Change the password.

4. Log out from the Gorgias helpdesk on the desktop browser. 

5. Sign in again on the desktop browser using the new password. 

6. Sign in on the mobile app using the same password.  


“Too many login attempts” error

1. Sign out and sign in on the desktop browser. 

2. The captcha challenge should show up, please pass it.

3. Sign in on the mobile app again.
