Configure Track Order optionUpdated 21 days ago

The Track Order option allows customers to view the journey of their shipped item, including time and date stamps for when the order was placed, confirmed, shipped, and the destination address. The information is updated in real-time, directly pulled from Shopify.

Shoppers can also report any issues they're having from the tracking screen.


Steps

  1. Go to Settings > Order Management

    • If you have more than one ecommerce store connected to Gorgias, use the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner to switch between stores
  2. Enable Track Order using the toggle
  3. Select Track Order to create a custom message when shoppers track their orders

    • We recommend using this message to remind shoppers of your expected shipping timeframes
  4. Select Save Changes
