Configure Track Order optionUpdated a month ago

The Track Order option allows customers to view the journey of their shipped item - time/date stamps for events such as when the order was placed, confirmed, and shipped, and the destination address - in real-time (pulled directly from Shopify).

Customers can also report any issues they're having from the tracking screen.



Steps

1. Go to Automate -> your store -> Order Management.

2. Enable or disable the option using the toggle.

3. Click Track order.

4. Customize the response for unfulfilled orders - this appears in the shipping timeline when an order has been placed but not fulfilled (we recommend reminding customers of expected shipping timeframes).5. Click Save Changes.

The option can be enabled or disabled at any time and disabling it doesn't clear the response text.


You can preview the customer experience by clicking on the preview on the right-hand side. To view it in a different channel, select the desired channel from the dropdown.
