Create, edit, or delete a ViewUpdated 3 months ago

Admins and Lead Agents can create, edit, or delete Views in the Shared section of the sidebar, while anyone can create, edit, or delete private Views for themselves. 



Create

1. Click on the plus icon on the left-hand sidebar and select Create view

2. Add a title and emoji for the View.

3. Click on + Add filter and add the desired filters - in this example, this View will show all open tickets that came in through the test support Email integration. As you add filters, the View immediately displays tickets that meet the criteria.

4. Once you're happy with the setup, click on Create View

5. Drag and drop this View inside the View section you'd like it to be in.



Edit

1. Click on the View in the sidebar.

2. Click the arrow next to its name at the top of the screen.

3. Apply all the modifications you need and click on Update View.

You can also define the columns you'd like to see in your View by clicking the Grid icon in the top right of the desired View and ticking/unticking the boxes there.


If you have the Tickets Panel enabled, you'll need to toggle it off to be able to edit the desired View:




Delete

1. Click on the View in the sidebar. 

2. Click the arrow next to its name at the top of the screen.

3. Select the Delete View button in the bottom right corner, and Confirm.
