Request to delete information
If a customer requests the deletion of their information from your account, we recommend taking immediate action to ensure compliance with GDPR laws - deleting their customer profile will also delete any customer data from Gorgias.
Deleting a customer profile from Gorgias doesn't delete it in other integrated apps eg. Shopify, Smile, Klaviyo, etc. or any information left in internal notes.
