How to test Automate features without billable ticketsUpdated a month ago
You can use a Test mode to make sure your Automate workflows are working as intended without being billed for automated interactions. Test mode can be used to verify Flows, Article Recommendations and Order Management features.
Requirements
- You must subscribe to Gorgias Automate
- You must have Lead or Admin permissions
Test your automated workflows
- Go to Settings from the main menu
- Under the Productivity section, select an Automate feature to test (Flows, Order Management or Article recommendations)
- Select the Channels tab
- Open the Currently viewing dropdown menu to select a Channel (Chat, Email, Contact Form)
- Select Test to review your automated workflow on the chosen channel
- If you have more than one ecommerce store connected to Gorgias, use the dropdown menu in the top right-hand corner to switch between stores
- Select Exit to end the test experience
