New users can join an account by accepting an invitation (sent by an Admin) or by using the self-sign-up page (if enabled). If you're unsure which method to use, please reach out to your account Admin.

Steps

Join by invitation

Users who have been added to an account manually will receive an email invitation. If you haven't received an invitation to join, please reach out to your account Admin.

1. In the invitation email, click the link that appears after Activate my account.

2. Enter your name and a password.

3. Click Finish setup.

Join by self sign-up

If enabled, agents can sign up via an accounts sign-up page, based on their email domain which means Admins don't have to invite users individually.

1. Open your Gorgias account's signup page - it'll be formatted like https://YOURSUBDOMAIN.gorgias.com/signup.

2. Use single sign-on (SSO) or enter your email, name, and password.

3. Click Finish setup.
