Login IssuesUpdated 10 days ago

If you're experiencing issues with logging in to Gorgias, as a first troubleshooting step please try to clear your Cache & Cookies.

If you've used Google or Microsoft 365 SSO to sign in to Gorgias, you won't have an option to change your password as you don't actually have one - you'll first need to go through the Forgot password? process below.

Log in to Gorgias on Desktop

1. Reset your password using the Forgot password? option at your Gorgias account's password reset page - YOURSUBDOMAIN.gorgias.com/reset

2. Clear your cache and cookies (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox).

3. Sign in again on the desktop browser using the new password.

Don't forget to check your Spam/Junk folder for the password reset email as well, if you’re not seeing it in your main inbox.

Can't login due to an issue with 2FA

If you are experiencing issues with your authenticator app or just don't remember if you have set one up and is stopping you from logging in, you'd need to ask an Admin on your account to reset the token for you.

They need to go to Settings -> Users & Teams -> Users -> Your name -> and then click on Reset 2FA Token - after this, you can try logging in to your account again.

If 2FA has been enforced by the Admin, you'll be requested to setup your authenticator app again.

Log in to Gorgias on Mobile

You have to log into the mobile app using your account subdomain, user email address and password combination - there's no option to log into the mobile app with SSO.
