Manage multiple stores in GorgiasUpdated 3 minutes ago
When you connect an ecommerce store to Gorgias, you can unify customer interactions across multiple channels — think email, chat, and social media — into a single helpdesk. If your brand has multiple stores, you can connect them all to your Gorgias helpdesk, and manage each store and its channels from the store management page.
Requirements
- To manage stores and their connected channels, you need Admin permissions
- You can access the store management page on any helpdesk plan
View stores connected to Gorgias
The stores you’ve connected to Gorgias, and details like the Store Name, Store URL, and an icon for each channel that's enabled for that store, are listed on the store management page.
- From your helpdesk, click the Settings icon in the bottom-left corner.
- In the sidebar, scroll to Account, then select Store management.
- Review your list of stores, and hover over the icons in the Channels column to confirm which channels are already set up.
Manage stores
The store management page is a centralized hub where you can manage existing ecommerce integrations, delete stores you no longer need, or add new ones.
Manage store information
Select a store from the list to view or manage its connection details, how data is shared between the store and Gorgias, and which channels are set up for that store.
- From the store management page, select the store you’d like to manage.
- Depending on the store’s ecommerce platform, you’ll see different options in the General tab:
- For Shopify stores: Click the toggles to turn Sync Customer notes with Shopify or Enable customer matching with Shopify on or off.
- For Magento2 stores: Click the text input under Consumer key, Consumer secret, Access token or Access token secret to reveal, edit, or delete the value.
- For BigCommerce stores: Review your store URL.
- Click Save Changes.
Delete a store
If you’d like to remove a store from your Gorgias helpdesk, you can delete it right from the store management page. Deleting a store will remove all related integrations and data from your helpdesk.
- From the store management page, select the store you’d like to delete.
- From the General tab, click Delete Store.
- Click Delete.
Add a new store
- From the store management page, click Add New Store in the top-right corner.
- Select your ecommerce integration from the Gorgias App Store.
- Click Connect [ecommerce platform].
- Connect your store, then click Install and follow the prompts to connect the store.
Manage channels
You can individually manage the channels for each connected store in Gorgias to customize your support offering on a store-by-store basis.
Edit channels
- From the store management page, select the store you’d like to manage.
- Click the Channels tab.
- Select a channel from the list.
- Use the side panel to set up the channel, then click Save Changes.
